Ra.Ba, a family-owned company based on Lake Garda, has been in the business of catering in resorts, camping sites and residences for years.

Our philosophy is to be able to understand the soul of each venue, the method, the people who work there and the potential of the business in order to work with them and for them.

That is why we feel we are "workmates" from the tenants, the team that is born with us, the suppliers who curate our products, and the customers who renew and return each year with enthusiasm.

 

We read QUALITY as a word that must go hand in hand with the meaning of ENTHUSIASM and INNOVATION; indispensable terms that have the goal of putting us in search, both of the raw material, respecting the local culinary tradition , and of new technologies in order to enhance the finished product, and in GREEN innovation in our accommodations with the increasing presence of photovoltaic systems and water recovery.

Growing up in the restaurant business, he has maintained its passion, developing an autonomous and innovative catering system, capable of growing the Ra.ba brand, but more importantly its philosophy in the Lombard territory through its ever-growing client base.

Our company has been operating in the restaurant industry for more than forty years, Romaneschi Giuliana
and Azzoni Bruno have been in the hotel industry since the early 1970s where they gained international-level work experience
from the front of house of restaurants and hotels with four languages spoken and written, customer contact,
to the culinary sector managed with continuous recognition.


Our experience in the field of hospitality has allowed us to expand a simple and well-managed family situation
to a much more complex corporate reality consisting of parentsBruno and Giuliana and sons Gianmaria and Leonardo.
The RA.BA Company was born from the need to unite and put to use the experiences we have gained
and enhance our work in a much larger mirror.


Our thinking is to know the reality in which we are, the method, the soul of people and
the functionality of every activity in which we are present, working with them and for them. For this
reason we are esteemed as "fellow workers" by the landlords of the establishments we manage, by the
our customers who renew themselves over the years and from our suppliers.
RA.BA is continuously expanding and looking for businesses to manage in the hotel tourism
sector.

1970 -1985

Other activities performed since 1970; on liner cruises as first shipboard cook for the "Compagnie Italia di Navigazione", in Sardinia at the Hotel "Capocaccia" (Chef de Cuisine), Hotel "Lacona" Island of Elba (Chef de Cuisine), Camping "Campofelice" in Tenero, Switzerland (Chef de Cuisine), owned business in Albisola Capo as Chef and Patron with his wife Romaneschi Giuliana and Manerbio (Brescia) restaurant specializing in large events.

1985 -1992 | Bar Ristorante Lido “Spiaggia D’Oro”

Owners bar and restaurant business, management and maintenance lido beach and park, parking management, (restaurant open all year-round) Awarded through public tender called by the municipality of Desenzano del Garda

1992/1998 | Albergo Ristorante “Al_Focolar”

Owners business and hotel management with restaurant and pizzeria, capacity 250 seats, open year-round.

1999 /Present | Ristorante "Villa_al_sole"

Management Restaurant with pizzeria from April to October evening concierge service.

2011/ 2015 | Ristorante Sole Iseo

Management Restaurant with pizzeria from April to September.

2014/Present | Ristorante Onda Blu

Management Restaurant with pizzeria from March to October.

2017 / Present | Nasimi Beach Bar

American bar management with kitchen from April to September
